Mountain West Restoration

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on insurance, licensing, and what to expect when you call.

Do you work directly with my insurance company?

Yes, we help document the damage and coordinate with your adjuster throughout the claims process.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?

We run 24/7 emergency dispatch.

Is water, fire, or mold damage covered by my homeowners insurance?

Depends on your policy and what caused it. Sudden, accidental stuff is usually covered: a pipe bursting, a tree falling. Damage from something that's been leaking for months usually isn't. Either way, we can help document the loss so you've got what you need for your agent.

Do I need to move out during repairs?

Only if the damage is somewhere you can't safely live around. We'll walk you through what to expect for your situation before work starts.

What's the difference between restoration and reconstruction?

Restoration, or mitigation, stops the damage and starts reversing it: pulling water, removing soot, treating mold. Reconstruction is the rebuild after: drywall, flooring, framing, whatever had to come out. We handle both, same crew, so you're not managing two companies.

What areas do you serve?

Colorado Springs and roughly a 70-mile radius. See our Service Areas page for the full list of communities.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

Do you offer free estimates?

In most situations, yes, we'll come take a look at no cost.

Do you pay a referral fee?

Refer us a job, and we'll pay you a $250 referral fee once it closes.

Still Have Questions?
